Due to the instability of oil prices and fluctuating shipping rates, online shipping methods offered at this time are UPS or FedEx Ground services. However, we do have other shipping options available by special request such as Next Day Air, 2-Day and 3-Day services, and USPS Priority mail. These shipping options are available by quote only, and may be requested by using our contact form or by calling APC at 1-800-590-5360.
You may estimate the shipping charges of your order before the checkout process by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page, and then selecting VIEW CART. Click "Add Info" on the shipping line to enter your State and Zip/Postal Code, then click ESTIMATE SHIPPING to see the available shipping methods & carrier rates for your location. PLEASE NOTE: These are only the ESTIMATED shipping rates – actual shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (before payment submission) once the complete shipping address has been entered.
Most orders placed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time are processed the same day. Many of our in-stock items are shipped the same or next day via UPS Ground. You may use the map below to calculate estimated shipping time.

Returns Policy
Product returns by Customers, if not otherwise prohibited, must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sellable (like new) condition. APC must receive all items prior to issuing any refunds, and proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to a 15% restocking fee and other applicable charges by APC. (See RETURNS AND REFUNDS section under our Terms & Conditions for more information)
Custom Orders are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed for custom printing and manufactured products.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail regarding your request.
