APC Mine Safety Do Not Operate Tag is the best solution for Lock-Out Tag-Out of mining, construction and industrial equipment.
Each Equipment Safety Tag is double side. DO NOT OPERATE is printed on one side and DANGER printed in bright red ink on both the front and back for highest visibility and employee safety. Each equipment tag is heavy-duty with a reinforced metal eyelet. Fastener string is included with each tag for attaching to the equipment. Size 4" x 7.5"
